This shining stone inspires us to such an extent that it became a symbol, across time and cultures. In the Greco-Roman culture, it was named « Adamas » - invincible, unwavering - during the Renaissance, it became the symbol of the soul, of courage and equality, and in Western culture, of universal sovereignty. A diamond shines on these moments in life that matter, when we express the will to invent new possibilities. Through a new movement, we aim at making them more symbolic and significant.
This immutable stone of unique hardness - only a diamond can scrape another diamond - and purity, of unrivalled brightness and clarity, seems to be penetrated by a light of eternity. Like this mythical and eternal diamond, our will to keep writing an infinite poetry lingers.

In 2019, we open a new chapter of our story and launch our first diamond, Bowrington’s diamond. An ethical and pioneer diamond, made in a laboratory, that respects Men and nature and is completely traceable. A demanding new diamond, that partakes in the original movement of our jewellery house, which is to help the jewellery sector progress towards the true excellence and rigor of which luxury must be adorned: responsibility, commitment, social and environmental progress.

CHOOSING THE MOST BEAUTIFUL STONES
We give a lot of importance to the quality of our lab-grown diamonds, carefully selected among the most beautiful and the rarest stones in terms of color, purity and size. We chose to collaborate with the most demanding laboratories, for the quality of their stone as much as their social and environmental practices. Among them, we are collaborating with Diamond Foundry, a pioneer actor of the lab-grown diamond industry, that perfectly recreates the conditions in which the Earth creates diamonds. Initiated in 2015, with Leonardo DiCaprio being one of their investors, this modern and innovative company based in San Francisco sees its ethical and ecological approach through, by uniting cutting-edge technology, solar energy, and carbon neutrality to reach their zero ecological footprint goal.

LAB-GROWN DIAMONDS
RECREATING LIGHT
A diamond is born from the crystallization of pure carbon. To become an exceptional stone, carbon goes through extremely high pressure and temperature that give it its hardness and shine.
Just like naturally formed diamonds, lab-grown diamonds are created through a natural phenomenon: carbon crystallization. Only the place and cause of this phenomenon are different. Natural diamonds are formed several kilometers under the surface of the Earth and require to be extracted, oftentimes leading to the most dramatic consequences for Men and nature. Lab-grown diamonds form at the surface of the Earth, in controlled social and environmental conditions.

A lab-grown diamond’s formation is initiated by the human hand, that can recreate the extreme conditions required for carbon to crystallize. This cutting-edges technology allows uncut diamonds to form at the surface of the Earth: exceptional, rare and unique stones. These stones are not fake gems nor imitations: they have the exact same physical, chemical and optical properties as natural diamonds and are valued following the same 4Cs principle - carat, color, clarity and cut - that guarantees the quality and uniqueness of a diamond.
As a true scientific prowess, lab-grown diamond is a major innovation for the jewellery sector. From an environmental point of view, it has very little impact compared to mining. From a social point of view, it is neither associated with armed conflicts fueled by blood diamonds, nor to human exploitation (child labour, human rights infringement, forced labour, severe injuries). From an economic point of view, its disintermediated and traceable marketing chain guarantees that all forms of trafficking and corruption are avoided.

Man recreates the conditions needed for a diamond's formation, then nature plays its part, and this is when magic happens: carbon crystallizes, giving birth to a unique diamond, in an unpredictable movement. Like fire lit by a match, or a cultivated flower, this new diamond emerges from magical unions, unpredictable and controlled at the same time, initiated by Men who help nature give birth to what it already possesses.
